It is forbidden to copy, transmit, distribute, store, or otherwise use part or all of the Content in any form without the express written permission of BookingRecords;

The ability for any User to use the services provided by BookingRecords does not include the right to copy or reproduce information and use intellectual property, except for minor amounts of information intended for personal use, provided that the legitimate intellectual property rights of BookingRecords are not unjustifiably infringed, and if copying or reproduction is for non-commercial purposes, with clear indication that it was downloaded from the Website.

When copying or reproducing information beyond what is permitted, as well as in any other violation of intellectual property rights on the resources of BookingRecords, the violator owes a penalty of 30,000 (thirty thousand) BGN for each separate violation. This penalty does not exclude BookingRecords's right to claim compensation for greater damages beyond the penalty amount.

BookingRecords has the right to suspend your access to the Website and close your account in the event that it receives a notice of violation on the site or in cases where the user violates these Terms, including through actions that are defined as Malicious Actions.

Bookingrecords does not guarantee that the service provided is completely free of errors, nor that the website is error-free and that access to it is uninterrupted.
Bookingrecords does not confirm and is not responsible for the information contained in websites to which there are hyperlinks, as well as for the products, services, and other such offers on those websites.
Bookingrecords is not responsible for the quality and condition of the Internet connections, nor for the operability of the devices that provide them, from your computer to the server on which the Website is hosted.
Bookingrecords is not responsible for any losses or direct, indirect, or consequential damages, lost profits, arising from or related to your access to and use of the Website.

In the event that BookingRecords makes significant changes to the Terms of Use, the revised terms will be promptly published on the website(s), and we will post a notice on the website(s) informing you of the changes. You agree to accept the publication of the revised Terms of Use in electronic format on the website as an up-to-date notification to you.
